We manufacture double walled jacketed reaction vessel for chemical process plants. The content in the vessels may be electrically heated using thermic fluid heater or induction heater.

Thermic Fluid Heater

In thermic fluid heated reaction vessel at the inlet of jacket of the reaction vessel one solenoid operated ball valve will be provided . When the temperature of respective reaction vessel falls beyond set point , this valve will be closed , stopping the flow of thermic fluid into the jacket of respective vessel . Similarly when the temperature of respective vessel falls below set point , then this valve will be opened , allowing flow of thermic fluid into the jacket of the respective vessel . All the return line from the vessel will be joined together and flow back to the Thermic fluid heater.

Induction Heater

In induction heated reaction vessel, the induction coil is wound around the reaction vessel. When the temperature of respective reaction vessel falls beyond set point , the induction heater is switched OFF. When the temperature of respective vessel falls below set point , then induction heater is switched ON. A temperature controller is provided to maintain the temperature of the vessel within ± 5°C.
