Vel Engineering Services specializes in the integration of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's), computers, robotic technologies, motion control and drive systems in order to provide effective manufacturing process control and information systems. The PLC or Microcontroller system can be connected to various Operator interfaces allowing operators to control the plant, and engineers to diagnose and change any control parameters. Programmable Logic Control system

We have been involved in large installations where computer systems are used for the operators to monitor and/or control the plant or specific machinery. Vel Engineering Service's Electronics Department specialises in the research, design and production of electronic circuitry.

We provide expertise and services in all stages of a products life, from initial concept development, through research, electronic schematic, PCB and mechanical design, the prototyping and field testing phases, and finally into production and product deployment.

Electrical wiring and installation

We have a team of very competent industrial electricians, all very capable of tackling any electrical project or routine maintenance work. All of our electrical staff are capable of basic fault diagnostics if necessary with full backup given from the rest of our engineering team.

Vel Engineering Services produces the highest workmanship in electrical services provided, from full documentation of every change to the immaculate construction of switchboard and control cabinets.
